you might be thinking the title is outdated, with a new child in the mix & whatnot. i've been racking my brain for a few months now for a new witty title like "project gabucas". but you know what? "g" can stand for many things like "GOD help me", "GEE I love the craziness of parenting a preschooler & kindergartener + commuting 100+ miles a day for work", or "GOT more wine?" ...
We celebrated my sister's (6th 29th) birthday with some ice skating. G got the hang of it, L was not so keen. Of course there was more celebrating to be had, including the boys picking out a fascinator for their aunt, but alas I have now way of uploading my real camera's pictures at the moment....
And my sister gave me the best present ever which was a score off of Craigslist...

What can I say? I've embarked on the greatest challenge ever: the joys (and pitfalls) of parenthood and the quest to find balance in my life
