Beautiful MLK day
So while you likely had a mellow HOLIDAY, curled up in front of a fireplace or played outside in the snow with young ones...I was working for the man and stressing about the snow.
Funny how something so beautiful can also be so anxiety-producing. Go mother nature. I love the snow, but I don't love when the snow freezes over into ice and impedes my ability to safety go to and from work. You dig?
But thankfully the roads were bare both ways but stormier weather lies ahead and I have packed accordingly. I can hunker down in the 360 for a few days if need be. Also? In survivalist mode I was thinking, hey! I could even sleep AT work, in my office. My food is in the fridge, there is a shower downstairs, and my office door locks. What more does a girl need?
And yay for my pal/co-worker for taking this gorgeous shot.
